Move, Groove & Relax with the Happy Class Thursday, July 11 from 6:30-7:30 pm. This class will feature cardio drumming sequenced to a fun summer playlist followed by an aromatherapy and reiki relaxation.
Cost is $20. Only 12 spots available. Please sign up at the bulletin board in the front room.
