Your healing session focuses on clearing cellular memories, re-aligning the body, mind and spirit using traditional healing arts that have been passed from generation to generation. Te Ooma Reia is a powerful combination of deep bodywork (deep, deep), energy and spiritual clearing/re-alignment. Please know you may experience some discomfort during the work and that breathing, vocalization and surrender can ease the process of release.

Sessions are held in a community atmosphere. Wear very comfortable loose clothing and bring water. Most importantly release your attachment to how your healing session might look and bring your willingness to surrender to the healing available. This is a fluid type of healing work depending on what is needed. One or more healers may work with you directly and your appointment may last 30 minutes or 90 minutes Please allow time for integration of this work following your appointment.
